Serial Planker of the Day: 19-year-old Wisconsinite Alexander Hart was convicted earlier this week of disorderly conduct for what police referred to as a “planking spree.” Hart reportedly posted photos of himself planking on various objects and monuments in and around Manitowoc.
A judge fined Hart $303 for his lying-down lollygagging. His brother and planking sidekick Ryan, who pissed off officers by planking a police memorial monument just outside the county jail, is also due in court next week.
Hart, who told police he was planking “to get laughs,” was charged with marijuana distribution shortly after his conviction. He subsequently launched a Facebook page soliciting tips on city residents who “snitched to the pigs” about his drug-related activities.
